Job description

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow ITAM Developer** with expertise in **Hardware Asset Management (HAM)** and **Software Asset Management (SAM)** to design, implement, and optimize asset lifecycle solutions on the ServiceNow platform & minimum exprience should be 4 years **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and customize **ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro)** on ServiceNow - Manage **asset lifecycle processes** including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirement - Configure **software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization** - Develop solutions using **Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer** - Integrate ServiceNow with **procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors** - Work with **CMDB and Discovery teams** to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation - Build reports and dashboards for **asset visibility, compliance, and optimization** **Required Skills:** - Strong hands-on experience in **ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM)** - Good understanding of **software licensing models and asset lifecycle management** - Expertise in **CMDB, CSDM framework, and data management** - Proficiency in **JavaScript and ServiceNow platform scripting** - Experience with **Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs** - ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CISHAM / CIS–SAM preferred)
