Hiring For:- ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 to 13yrs a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Key Responsibilities - Implement and configure **ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro** modules. - Manage software license compliance, normalization, reconciliation, and optimization. - Configure software models, license metrics, publishers, and entitlements. - Implement hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and disposal. - Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with discovery tools, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, Snow, and other asset sources. - Configure and maintain **CMDB**, asset repositories, and related workflows. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using: - Business Rules - Script Includes - Client Scripts - UI Policies - Flow Designer - IntegrationHub - Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset governance. - Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Audit teams. - Support software audits and compliance reviews. - Perform data analysis, cleansing, and reconciliation activities. - Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and best practice implementations. Required Skills ServiceNow - Strong experience in: - ITAM (SAM Pro & HAM Pro) - CMDB - Discovery - Service Catalog - Incident & Change Management - Flow Designer - Integration Hub Software Asset Management (SAM) - Software normalization and reconciliation. - License management and compliance. - Publisher packs configuration. - SaaS License Management. - Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM licensing knowledge. Hardware Asset Management (HAM) - Asset lifecycle management. - Stockroom and inventory management. - Asset contracts and procurement processes. - Asset tracking and disposal workflows. Technical Skills - JavaScript - REST/SOAP APIs - ServiceNow Scripting - Integration development - SQL knowledge (preferred)
