TCS is hiring for ServiceNow ITOM Developer (Walkin on Jun 27th at Mumbai) Exp: 5 to 13 Years Location: Mumbai **Role & responsibilities** - Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM suite components, including: - CSDM - CMDB - Discovery - Service Mapping - Event Management - Understand infrastructure environment setup (Server, Network, Storage, etc.). - Work with monitoring tools and integrate them with ServiceNow. - Perform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing. - Create repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability. - Develop integrations using REST API, SOAP, or other technologies. - Work with base platform features and reporting capabilities. - Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards. - Ensure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
