**Required Skills & Experience:** - Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules. - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and scripting. - Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. - Experience with Service Portal and widget development. - Understanding of MID Server and integration architecture. - Experience in ServiceNow implementations involving Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
