TCS is hiring for ServiceNow SPM Developer (Walkin on Jun 27th at Mumbai) Location: Mumbai Exp: 5 to 13 Years **Role & responsibilities** - Gather requirements and create high-level and low-level designs. - Implement ServiceNow applications: Service Portals, Integration Hub, Custom Integrations. - Develop workflows, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog. - Build integrations using SOAP, REST, Integration Hub spokes, and SAP ECC/S4 Hana. - Configure Access Control (ACL), Business Rules, and Glide API scripting. - Automate workflows using scheduled scripts, events, and notifications. - Perform troubleshooting, testing, and rollouts. - Data import using Import Sets, Transform Maps. - Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs. - Manage application deployments, upgrades, and security remediation
