**Under Quess Payroll** **Location: - Kolkata, Silliguri, Howrah, Barrackpore, Sreerampur.Darjeeling,Bankura,Siliguri,Haldia,Gangtok,Chandannagar,Serampore,Barrackpore,Liluah,Agarpara,Shyamnagar,Barasat,Kalimpong,Medinipur** **Key Responsibilities: -** - Identify suitable properties/land for telecom tower installation. - Conduct field surveys and verify site feasibility. - Approach and meet landowners to explain the project and negotiate terms. - Build and maintain good relationships with landowners and local stakeholders. - Collect and verify all required property and ownership documents. Coordinate with Legal, Planning, and technical teams for site approvals, GB/Site feasibility, and other required clearances. - Submit customer/site proposals and coordinate with internal teams until approval. - Follow up for documentation, order processing, and customer requirements. - Coordinate and complete the agreement execution with the landowner. Ensure smooth processing from agreement signing to the release of the first rental payment to the landowner. - Generate leads through cold calling and door-to-door visits when required. - Promote company services and achieve assigned targets. - Submit daily activity reports and update management on project progress. - Travel extensively within the assigned territory. **Preferred candidate profile** : **MBA - Marketing(Full Time) - Fresher** **Perks and benefits** - Upto 3 LPA \\*Two Wheeler is mandatory
