Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - At least 1 projects handover/ snagging-desnagging experience is preferred - Coordination with contractors - Snagging & handing over of the flats from project team until possession to the clients - Transition of residential complex and Maintenance handling. CAM maintenance and vendor management - Oversee all **finishing** activities and ensure process adherence. **Preferred candidate profile** Civil Engineer experience in Residential and Commercial Finishing works.
