**Job Title: Snowflake & DBT Data Engineer** **Experience: 5-12 Years** **Location: PAN India (metro cities)/WFO** **Employment Type: Full-Time** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Snowflake & DBT Data Engineer with 512 years of experience in designing, developing, and optimizing modern cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT (Data Build Tool), SQL, and ETL/ELT development, along with experience working in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT. Build and optimize ELT workflows for data transformation and integration. Develop reusable DBT models, macros, tests, and documentation. Optimize Snowflake performance through query tuning, clustering, partitioning, and warehouse management. Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and implement performance improvements. Participate in code reviews and follow CI/CD best practices for data engineering. **Required Skills** 5–12 years of experience in Data Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake. Strong expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool). Excellent SQL programming and query optimization skills. Experience in ETL/ELT development. Knowledge of Python for data engineering tasks. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow. Knowledge of data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema). Exposure to data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data architectures. Experience with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. **Educational Qualification** Bachelor's Degree
