Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Software Asset Management or ITAM, including **35+ years handson** with **ServiceNow SAM Pro** (configuration, data model, reconciliation, reclamation, dashboards). - Demonstrated ownership of **endtoend SAM lifecycle** across onprem, virtualized, and cloud/SaaS environments; proven ELP delivery and audit defense. - Strong expertise across **complex publisher licensing** (IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, Autodesk, VMware, Red Hat, Salesforce/M365). - Solid understanding of **discovery & inventory** tooling and data pipelines (e.g., MECM/SCCM, Tanium, JAMF, Intune, vCenter) and contract/PO integrations. - Experience building KPIs/OKRs and **executive reporting** on risk, spend, and savings; ability to communicate technical topics to nontechnical leaders.
