Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. - Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of products. - Supervise sales team members, providing guidance on customer service standards and performance expectations. - Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and other relevant metrics. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-8 years of experience in retail store operations or related field (apparel industry preferred). - Strong knowledge of footwear & apparel products. - Proven track record in managing multiple retail outlets or stores. - Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
