Roles and Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer experience by offering personalized eye care services to customers. • Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including refractions and dispensing of glasses or contact lenses. • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory management. • Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile • 0-5 years of experience in optometry or related field (optical sales, ophthalmology). • B.Sc (Optometry), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Optometry from a recognized institution. • Strong understanding of optics, optical sales, refraction techniques, and contact lens fittings. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
