**Job description** **Role:** Customer Support **Designation:** Subject Matter Expert **Languages Known:** English with any other Language **Interview Venue & Job Location :** Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Vetrivel Towers,1297, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 641043 **Qualification:** Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered) **Notice period:** Immediate Joiners preferable. \\* Candidates from Coimbatore location will be preferrable. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Min 1 Year of Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication. - Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). - Only Immediate joiners. - Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. - Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs. - Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy. - Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. **Rounds of Interviews:** 1.
