**Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding - Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers - Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates - Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication - Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate onboarding - Maintain recruitment metrics, ATS updates, and process compliance **Preferred candidate profile** - Any graduate/postgraduate - Relevant experience of 1-4 years into recruitment. - Preferred experience into bfsi hiring /bpo hiring.
