**Role & responsibilities** - **1-6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / sourcing** - **Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring** - **Exposure to hiring for Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, and Operations roles** - **Strong sourcing and screening skills** - **Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines** - **Good communication and stakeholder management skills** - **Comfortable working from office.** - **Flexible to extend working hours based on business requirements** **Preferred candidate profile** - **Experience working in consultancy/staffing firms or high-volume hiring environments** - **Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools** - **Strong networking and candidate engagement skills** **Note:** - **Immediate to 15 Days Joiners only** - **Work from Office** **Important:** Please apply only if you have hands-on experience in **non-IT hiring**, primarily for **BPO or finance roles**.
