**Role & responsibilities** The **Business Process Consultant ServiceNow HRSD** is a functional and process expert responsible for helping customers transform and optimize HR service delivery using the ServiceNow HRSD platform. This role works closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, bestpractice HRSD solutions that drive employee experience, efficiency, and compliance. - Act as the **HRSD process expert** during customer engagements, guiding organizations through HR service transformation initiatives [ServiceNow...sultant JD | Word] - Conduct **process discovery, gap analysis, and futurestate design** workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders - Define and optimize **HR service delivery processes**, including: - HR Case Management - Employee Service Center - Knowledge Management - Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Transfers, Offboarding)
