Job description

**Preferred candidate profile** Must Have Skills : • Experience in Informatica Power Center (Designer, Repository &Workflow Manager) • Experience in building complex SQL queries & Shell Scripting • Excellent understanding of various data base models Oracle/SQL server • Strong on DW fundamentals & concepts • Experience in extracting, transforming and loading data from different sources like Flat Files, Database (oracle, SQL server), Mainframe files. **Role & responsibilities** 1 Interacting with Business Analyst and understanding the requirements. 2 Understanding the mapping requirements and building the mappings/sessions/workflows. 3 Informatica mapping & Database performance tuning 4 Identifying the performance bottlenecks in Informatica and fine tuning them. 5 Creating Shell scripting to automate the daily repetitive tasks. 6 Creating test cases and documenting the Unit test Results 7 Scheduling the jobs using Autosys or any scheduling tool.
