**Job Title:- IT Asset Management Analyst Asset Lifecycle Management** **Experience:-** 6 10 Years **Location:-** Chennai (Shift-based environment as per business requirement) **Department:-** Information Technology (IT) IT Asset Management **Job Summary** TCS is seeking an experienced **IT Asset Management Analyst** to manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets. The role involves overseeing asset procurement, deployment, tracking, refresh, and disposal while ensuring CMDB accuracy, audit compliance, and governance. The candidate will work closely with procurement, finance, and EUC teams to maintain asset integrity and support business operations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management - Manage full lifecycle of IT assets including **procurement, deployment, tracking, refresh, and secure disposal** - Ensure proper governance and lifecycle control across all asset stages 2. Asset Onboarding & Deployment - Coordinate asset onboarding, **tagging, configuration, and user allocation** - Ensure accurate mapping of assets to users, locations, and cost centers 3. CMDB & Inventory Management - Maintain accurate asset records across **CMDB and asset management tools (ServiceNow preferred)** - Perform regular reconciliation between physical inventory and system records 4. Warranty, Refresh & Compliance Tracking - Track asset **warranty periods, refresh cycles, and lifecycle status** - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements 5. MACD & Decommissioning Activities - Support **Moves, Adds, Changes, and Decommissioning (MACD)** - Ensure proper documentation and execution of lifecycle changes 6. Security & Secure Disposal - Perform **secure data wipe and device decommissioning** in line with security policies - Ensure compliance with data protection and governance standards 7. Cross-Functional Coordination - Work closely with **Procurement, Finance, and EUC teams** for asset reconciliation and planning - Support asset ordering, returns, and lifecycle tracking 8. Audit & Compliance Support - Support internal and external audits with **accurate reports and documentation** - Ensure data integrity and audit readiness 9.
