**Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Walk-In Drive** **Hiring: Network Lead (SD-WAN / Enterprise Networking)** **Location:** Sholinganallur, Chennai **Company:** Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) **Role:** Network Lead **Experience:** 810 Years **Interview Time:** 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Job Description Tata Consultancy Services is looking for experienced **Network Leads** with strong expertise in **SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, and Enterprise Network Operations**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and managing critical network infrastructure in large enterprise environments. **Must-Have Skills** - Design, configuration, and support of enterprise network devices. - Strong expertise in **SD-WAN design, deployment, and support**. - Hands-on experience in **BGP, OSPF, VLANs, Routing & Switching**. - IP Address Management (**IPAM**) administration and maintenance. - Experience managing vendor support contracts and escalations. - Planning and mitigating vulnerabilities through firmware upgrades and patch management. - Coordinating with vendors for hardware replacement and critical issue resolution. - Providing network design and solutioning for new infrastructure deployments. - Analyzing and validating recommended software/code releases through bug scrub activities. - Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to **LAN, WAN, and Voice networks**. - Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring major/critical incidents. - Collaborating with Network, Security, and Application teams for BAU operations. **Good-to-Have Skills** - Expertise in **F5 Load Balancers**. - Strong knowledge of **Cisco ACI**. - Experience with **Palo Alto Firewalls**. - Advanced Routing and Switching technologies. - Exposure to large-scale enterprise network environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead network operations and support activities across enterprise environments. - Coordinate with vendors for high-priority incidents and hardware replacements. - Provide architecture design and implementation support for new network setups. - Perform firmware upgrades, patch deployments, and vulnerability remediation activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Voice-related issues. - Conduct deep-dive analysis and RCA for recurring network incidents. - Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. - Ensure timely resolution of critical production issues within SLA. - Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting during outages and performance degradation events. - Maintain network documentation, standards, and operational procedures. Preferred Certifications - CCNP / CCIE - VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN - Palo Alto PCNSE - ITIL Foundation
