The ideal candidate will have strong experience in asset inventory management, ServiceNow, compliance, governance, vendor coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management. The role requires ensuring asset accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and an enhanced user experience throughout the asset lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management - Own and manage the complete lifecycle of EUC assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and accessories. - Oversee procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, recovery, and secure disposal of assets. - Track assets throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning. 2. Asset Inventory & ServiceNow Management - Maintain accurate and auditable asset records using **ServiceNow Asset Management**. - Ensure proper asset tagging and mapping to users, locations, departments, and cost centers. - Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and physical audits. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the asset management system. 3. Compliance, Governance & Audit Support - Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. - Enforce approved hardware standards, device configurations, and software compliance. - Support internal and external audits by providing reports, asset records, and supporting evidence. 4. Security & Risk Management - Partner with Information Security teams to mitigate risks related to lost, stolen, damaged, or non-compliant assets. - Provide asset ownership and device information for investigations and incident response activities. - Monitor compliance status and recommend corrective actions where needed. 5. Vendor & Procurement Coordination - Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors for asset ordering, deployment, returns, and replacements. - Track warranties, support contracts, renewals, and service entitlements. - Monitor vendor SLAs and ensure timely delivery of services. 6. Stakeholder & User Coordination (MACD) - Serve as the primary point of contact for EUC asset-related requests and queries. - Coordinate with IT Support, Workplace Services, HR, and onboarding/offboarding teams. - Support Moves, Adds, Changes, and Decommissioning (MACD) activities. - Ensure smooth asset provisioning and recovery processes. 7. Reporting & Metrics Management - Generate regular reports on: - Asset utilization - Inventory accuracy - Asset aging - Compliance status - Operational costs - Track and report key KPIs related to asset availability and lifecycle management. - Support leadership dashboards and decision-making through accurate reporting. 8. Transition & Continuous Improvement - Support transitions involving new vendors, tools, technologies, and operating models. - Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge management materials. - Identify opportunities to enhance asset management efficiency and improve user experience. - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives where applicable. Required Skills & Experience - 510 years of experience in IT Asset Management, EUC Asset Management, or IT Operations. - Strong experience managing the complete lifecycle of End User Computing assets. - Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow Asset Management**. - Knowledge of asset compliance, governance, audits, and security controls. - Experience in inventory management, reconciliation, and asset tracking. - Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, warranty tracking, and SLA management. - Strong reporting and dashboard preparation skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment. - Flexible to work in **24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends**. Preferred Qualifications - ITIL Foundation Certification. - Experience in Enterprise Asset Management and ITSM environments. - Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices. - Experience working in large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
