**Tata Consultancy Services Hiring** **IT Asset Management Analyst EUC (Hardware Asset Management)** **Experience:- 5 10 Years** **Location:- India (Flexible / Shift-based 24x7 support)** **Department:- Information Technology (IT) IT Asset Management / End User Computing (EUC)** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **IT Asset Management Analyst** to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EUC hardware assets. The role involves inventory management, compliance, ServiceNow asset tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring governance across asset operations. The candidate will work closely with IT, security, procurement, and business teams to ensure efficient and compliant asset management. **Key Responsibilities** 1. End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management - Manage the complete lifecycle of EUC assets including **procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, recovery, and secure disposal** - Track asset status from onboarding to decommissioning - Ensure standardized lifecycle processes are followed 2. Asset Inventory & ServiceNow Management - Maintain accurate asset inventory in **ServiceNow** - Ensure proper asset tagging and mapping to **users, locations, and cost centers** - Perform periodic audits and reconcile inventory with physical assets 3. Compliance, Governance & Audit Support - Ensure adherence to **IT policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance** - Support internal and external audits with required reports and documentation - Enforce standards for approved hardware and configurations 4. Security & Risk Management - Collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks related to **lost, stolen, or non-compliant devices** - Support incident response by providing accurate asset ownership and tracking details 5. Vendor & Procurement Coordination - Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for **asset ordering, returns, and replacements** - Track **SLAs, warranties, and support contracts** - Ensure timely delivery and service compliance 6. Stakeholder & User Coordination (MACD) - Act as a single point of contact for EUC asset-related queries - Support **MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Decommissioning)** activities - Coordinate with **IT support, HR, and workplace teams** for onboarding/offboarding 7. Reporting & Metrics Management - Generate reports on **asset utilization, lifecycle, compliance, and inventory accuracy** - Track KPIs such as asset availability and data accuracy - Provide insights for management dashboards and decision-making 8. Transition & Continuous Improvement - Support transitions such as **new tools, vendors, or operational changes** - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base - Identify and implement process improvements in asset management **Mandatory Skills** - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) - IT Asset Management (ITAM) - ServiceNow Asset Management - Asset Lifecycle Management - Inventory Management & Audits - IT Compliance & Governance - Vendor & SLA Management - EUC Asset Management - MACD Operations **Preferred Skills** - ITIL Framework knowledge - Experience in large enterprise IT environments - Reporting & data analysis skills - Strong documentation and process improvement capabilities **Working Conditions** - Willingness to work in a **24x7 shift environment**, including weekends as per project requirements - **Hiring Note (TCS-style)** **Candidate should have strong experience in EUC Asset Management, ServiceNow, and governance processes, with the ability to handle audits, stakeholder communication, and large-scale asset environments.**
