The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network infrastructure, WiFi technologies, network operations, stakeholder management, project execution, and technical troubleshooting. The role requires a combination of project management skills and deep technical knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless Networking, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, and Network Support Operations. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery - Lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and transition to operations. - Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams and vendors. - Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. - Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Network Infrastructure Management - Oversee deployment, support, and optimization of enterprise network environments. - Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, and Security infrastructure projects. - Ensure network solutions align with enterprise architecture and operational standards. - Support network modernization and transformation initiatives. Wireless Network Management - Lead WiFi deployment, optimization, and performance improvement activities. - Analyze and troubleshoot wireless network issues. - Tune and optimize wireless infrastructure for performance, coverage, and reliability. - Utilize tools such as **Ekahau Wireless Survey Tools** and **Aruba Central** for wireless planning and monitoring. Routing, Switching & Security - Support troubleshooting and management of: - Network Switches - Routers - Firewalls - Wireless Infrastructure - Perform VLAN segmentation, switch-port configurations, and network tracing activities. - Coordinate firewall policy implementation and network security requirements. Technical Leadership & Support - Act as an escalation point for complex network-related incidents and support issues. - Provide technical guidance to engineers, support teams, and project stakeholders. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams. - Drive best practices, standards, and continuous service improvements. Documentation & Governance - Maintain project documentation, network diagrams, implementation plans, and runbooks. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and operational procedures. - Participate in audit and governance activities where required. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills - 812 years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Operations, Engineering, or Project Management. - Strong understanding of: - 2-Tier and 3-Tier Network Architecture - LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wireless Technologies - Network Routing and Switching Concepts - Ability to troubleshoot: - Network Switches - Routers - Firewalls - WiFi Networks - Hands-on experience with: - Aruba Switches - Aruba Access Points - Aruba Central - Fortinet Firewalls - Ekahau Wireless Tools - Experience with: - VLAN Segmentation - Network Tracing - Switch Port Configuration - Strong WiFi optimization and performance tuning expertise. - Experience supporting Android, iOS, and Windows-based devices. Project & Stakeholder Management - Proven experience managing network implementation and infrastructure projects. - Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
