**Company:** Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) **Role:** Nexthink Developer **Experience:** 710 Years **Location:** Sholinganallur, Chennai **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring an experienced **Nexthink Developer** to support and enhance Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Nexthink platform development, telemetry analysis, dashboard creation, automation, PowerShell scripting, and endpoint monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating Nexthink experience features, developing custom remediation solutions, analyzing endpoint health trends, and driving continual improvements in Digital Experience Scores across the organization. Key Responsibilities Nexthink Development & Administration - Design, develop, implement, and validate Nexthink experience features across frontend and backend components. - Configure and maintain Nexthink SaaS environments. - Develop and optimize dashboards, investigations, campaigns, alerts, and monitoring solutions. - Create and manage Nexthink use cases that improve endpoint visibility and digital employee experience. Digital Experience Monitoring - Analyze endpoint telemetry data and establish performance baselines. - Monitor and assess the health of end-user devices using Nexthink analytics. - Identify performance gaps, user experience issues, and remediation opportunities. - Drive continuous improvements in Digital Experience Scores (DEX). Automation & Remediation - Develop custom Remote Actions using Nexthink and PowerShell scripting standards. - Create automated remediation workflows to resolve endpoint issues proactively. - Implement, test, and deploy new automation use cases. - Ensure proper error handling, logging, and governance within automation scripts. Endpoint Analytics & Troubleshooting - Analyze trends and identify: - Device performance issues - Application-related issues - Operating system issues - User-impacting incidents - Determine the scope, root cause, and business impact of endpoint problems. - Support troubleshooting activities across enterprise endpoint environments. Platform Support & Operations - Support and troubleshoot Nexthink components and platform-related issues. - Monitor system health and ensure platform availability. - Collaborate with EUC, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Application teams to resolve complex incidents. Reporting & Dashboard Development - Create and maintain: - Executive Dashboards - Operational Dashboards - Custom Investigations - Alerts and Monitoring Rules - Analyze utilization trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Generate reports to support operational and strategic decisions. Documentation & Knowledge Management - Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles. - Maintain process documentation and Nexthink development standards. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training for internal teams. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills - 710 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Digital Experience Management, or Endpoint Management. - Strong expertise in: - Nexthink Platform - Nexthink SaaS - Nexthink Investigations - Nexthink Dashboards - Nexthink Remote Actions - Nexthink Analytics - Experience performing baseline analysis using Nexthink telemetry data. - Ability to create roadmaps and initiatives to improve Digital Experience Scores. - Strong PowerShell scripting expertise with advanced error handling and automation capabilities. - Strong troubleshooting skills for: - Windows Operating Systems - macOS Environments - Endpoint Performance Issues Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to analyze large volumes of telemetry data and identify trends. - Strong root cause analysis and remediation capabilities. - Experience identifying impacted users, systems, and business services. Collaboration & Communication - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work across multiple technology teams and business stakeholders. - Strong documentation and reporting capabilities. Preferred Skills - Experience supporting and troubleshooting Nexthink platform components. - Knowledge of: - SQL Databases - SQL Stored Procedures - Endpoint Performance Analytics - Working knowledge of: - Windows Platform Administration - Mac Platform Administration - Exposure to Enterprise Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives.
