**Job Title: TCS Hiring for Chennai** **Remote Support Analyst EUC & Retail IT (Virtual Tech Bar)** **Experience:- 6 10 Years** **Location:- Chennai(24x7 Shift Environment including Weekends)** **Department:-Information Technology (IT) – IT Service Desk / End User Computing (EUC**) **Job Summary** TCS is looking for an experienced **Remote Support Analyst** to provide L1.5/L2 support for both **retail store and corporate users**. The role involves troubleshooting EUC devices, POS systems, and retail technologies, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction. The candidate will work with ITSM tools, endpoint management solutions, and security standards in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Remote EUC & Virtual Tech Bar Support - Provide remote IT support via **phone, chat, email, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow)** - Deliver **L1.5/L2 support** to both store and corporate users - Ensure quick resolution and high customer satisfaction 2. Retail & Store Technology Support - Support and troubleshoot: - **POS systems and retail applications** - **Receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, payment terminals** - **Store network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)** - Coordinate with field service teams for **hardware replacements and touch support** - Minimize store downtime and business impact 3. Corporate EUC Support - Provide support for: - **Windows / macOS devices** - **Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)** - **VPN, MFA, remote access solutions** - **Printers, docking stations, monitors, peripherals** - Support **mobile devices (iOS/Android)** and MDM tools 4. Incident & Request Management - Log, track, and resolve tickets using **ServiceNow (ITSM tools)** - Prioritize incidents based on **business criticality (store vs corporate)** - Ensure adherence to **SLAs, KPIs, and escalation timelines** 5. Endpoint & Access Management - Perform **user account administration (Active Directory / Azure AD)** - Support **device provisioning, imaging, and configuration** - Work with endpoint tools such as **Intune, SCCM, JAMF** 6. Security & Compliance - Follow IT security policies and **retail compliance standards** - Support **patching, endpoint security, and access control** - Ensure secure handling of store and corporate devices 7. Documentation & Knowledge Management - Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and known issues - Create and maintain **SOPs and knowledge base articles** - Support continuous improvement of support processes **Required Skills & Qualifications** **Technical Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with **Windows 10/11** (macOS is a plus) - Experience in **Remote Support / IT Service Desk / EUC Support** - Knowledge of: - **Active Directory & Azure AD** - **Microsoft 365** - **Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)** - Experience with **ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools** - Familiarity with **endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF)** - Retail IT experience (**POS systems, scanners, receipt printers**) preferred **Soft Skills** - Strong communication and customer handling skills - Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-volume support environment** - Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking **Working Conditions** - Willingness to work in **24x7 rotational shifts**, including weekends - Ability to handle **store-critical and high-priority incidents** **Educational Qualification** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred) **Hiring Note (TCS Style)** Candidate should have strong experience in **Remote EUC Support, Retail IT, and Service Desk operations**, with the ability to handle POS environments, endpoint management, and corporate IT support in a large enterprise setup. **Primary Skills (For Portal Entry)** - Remote Management / Virtual Tech Bar - EUC Support - IT Service Desk - Retail IT Support - ServiceNow - Microsoft 365 - Active Directory - POS Support
