TCS Walk-In Drive | ServiceNow Developer | Noida **Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)** is hiring **ServiceNow Developers** for a walk-in drive in Noida. **Experience Required:** 512 Years **Venue:** TCS Yamuna Tower VI, Plot No. 22, Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, Sector 135, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 **Walk-In Date:** 18th July 2026 Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement **ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)** solutions, including Case Management, Customer Service Portal, and Knowledge Management. - Configure and manage **case workflows, SLAs, entitlements, and customer lifecycle processes**. - Develop and customize **Service Portals / Employee Center** to enhance customer engagement and self-service capabilities. - Build solutions using **Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow development tools**. - Integrate ServiceNow with external applications through **REST and SOAP APIs**. - Configure and support **Omnichannel capabilities**, including Email, Chat, and Virtual Agent. - Create and maintain **reports, dashboards, and analytics** to track customer service performance and operational insights. Required Skills - Proven hands-on experience with the **ServiceNow CSM module**. - Strong understanding of **case management, SLA management, and customer service workflows**. - Proficiency in **JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting**. - Experience with **Service Portal, Employee Center, or UI Builder**. - Good knowledge of **ITSM processes and ServiceNow integrations**. - **ServiceNow certifications** such as **CSA, CAD, or CIS-CSM** will be an added advantage.
