**Job Description:** **Role:** Oracle Fusion Financials **Experience:** 5-12Years **Location:** Bengaluru **Key responsibilities:** - **Solution design:** Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices. - **Requirement analysis:** Gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into effective and actionable Oracle Fusion solutions. - **Client engagement:** Conduct workshops with clients to define "to-be" business processes and provide expert-level support throughout the project lifecycle. - **Documentation:** Create and maintain functional documentation, including fit-gap documents, business process flows, functional design documents (FDDs), and test scripts. - **Technical guidance:** Provide functional and technical expertise to business users and project teams, offering guidance on configuration, customization, and integration. - **Implementation support:** Provide support throughout the project delivery and help drive the implementation of the solution. - **Experience:** - Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Finance architecture solutions. - Strong hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). - **Technical skills:** In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud financial solutions.
