Experience managing enterprise-scale IT operations and support environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in service reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
