Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **Platform Administration & Governance** - Administer **Nexthink cloud platform**, including **user accounts, roles, access control, and domain configuration** - Manage **rolebased access** for Admin, Service Desk, and Dashboard users - Configure **SSO / identity integration** (Entra ID / AD) and ensure compliance with dataprivacy policies - Maintain platform governance aligned with enterprise security and compliance standards **Collector Deployment & Endpoint Coverage** - Own **Nexthink Collector (agent) deployment** across Windows and macOS endpoints using **Intune, SCCM, GPO**, or equivalent tools - Monitor agent health, coverage, and version compliance - Coordinate phased rollouts, upgrades, and troubleshooting of collectors **Monitoring, Insights & Analytics** - Create and maintain **dashboards, metrics, and KPIs** covering: - Endpoint performance - Application crashes and latency - Boot time, login performance - User experience degradations - Use **Nexthink Query Language (NQL)** for deep investigations and trend analysis - Provide **actionable insights** to Service Desk, EUC, and management teams **Proactive IT & Automation Enablement** - Identify recurring issues and **shift from reactive to proactive support** - Support **automation and selfhealing use cases** using Nexthink insights - Integrate Nexthink with **ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)** for: - Incident enrichment - Eventdriven ticket creation - Root cause analysis enablement **Service Desk & Stakeholder Enablement** - Enable Service Desk teams to effectively use **Nexthink investigations and device insights** - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for dashboards and investigations - Act as **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for Nexthink during audits, reviews, and customer governance meetings **Reporting & Continuous Improvement** - Prepare **monthly and quarterly DEX reports** for stakeholders - Track improvement initiatives and measure experience uplift - Support workplace transformation, M&A transitions, and tool rationalization initiatives **Required Skills & Expertise** **Mandatory** - Handson experience as **Nexthink Administrator / EUC Analyst** - Strong knowledge of **Windows 10/11** and **macOS** endpoint environments - Knowledge of **Active Directory / Entra ID**, device management, and endpoint security - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills using Nexthink investigations - Nexthink Administrator Certification or equivalent exposure - Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Genesys, or ITOM tools - Working knowledge of DEX, observability, or proactive IT models - Scripting or automation exposure (PowerShell, REST APIs optional)
