Job description

**Role:** SAP BASIS **Exp: 5-10 years** **Location: Hyderabad** **Walk-in Interview:: 11th July 2026** **Venue: Hyderabad TCS, Deccan park** **Must-Have** 1. Experience in production support with strict SLA adherence (P1/P2 scenarios) 2. Hands-on with EWA report analysis and Solution Manager monitoring 3. Ability to proactively interpret monitoring alerts and avoid business disruption 4. Capability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action planning 5. Expertise in system performance analysis (ST22, SM21, ST03N, DBACOCKPIT) 6. Knowledge of Web Dispatcher, SAP Router, Cloud Connector 7. Experience with backup/recovery 8. Strong troubleshooting in qRFC, batch jobs, work processes, and dumps **Good-to-Have** 1. Experience in Retail SAP landscape (CAR, POS, Loyalty systems) 2. Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, and cloud integrations 3. Experience with Solution Manager technical & job monitoring setup 4. Automation/scripting for monitoring or repetitive BASIS tasks 5. Experience in certificate lifecycle and security audits 6. Exposure to disaster recovery setups and high availability architecture 7.
