**Greetings from TCS!!** Walkin with TCS for RedHat Linux Administrator role. **Exp:** 4 to 8 years **Location: Bengaluru** **Mandatory Skill:** OS installation on physical and virtual servers, complete knowledge on OS patching, LVM, server hardening, SAMBA, NFS and NTP. Cloud Infrastructure monitoring and VM administration. **Interview Date: 8 Aug**(Sat) **Interview Venue:** Tata Consultancy Services , Brigade Bhuwalka Icon No.1, ITPL Main Road, Pattandur Agrahara, Sadaramangala Village, Whitefield, Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities : - Ability to handle the L2 and L3 issues on Linux servers - Should have Experience in Installing, upgrading and configuring Red Hat Linux 6.x and 7.x version on Physical and Virtual servers - Should have a Knowledge on shell scripts to automate regular tasks. - Should have knowledge to Configuring and administering like LVM, Samba, NFS, NTP, Centrify and Proxy - Should adhere to the SLA and Work on Incident and Change Management - Cloud infrastructure and network monitoring - Cloud service, incident, problem, SLA management - Supporting existing and new application infrastructure in Public cloud - Support activities needed to implement and maintain security policy & regulator guidelines ( Server hardening) - New VM creation, application setup and security compliance - Application & DB backup, restoration & restoration drills - Cloud asset, resource management - Cloud DR setup & drills - Third-party softwares and tools management. - Shell scripting -> bash/ Ansible scripting
