Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, and inventory activities. - Lead a team of Process Executives (PEs) and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved. - Monitor shipment processing, scanning, dispatch, and delivery operations. - Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies. - Plan manpower allocation and shift management to ensure smooth operations. - Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. - Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance. - Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure service levels and customer commitments are met. - Maintain discipline, attendance, and engagement within the team. **Intrested Candidates contact 7200246193-Srinivasan CV (HR)** **Location details :** **Ascendas Firstspace, Chennai Oragadam**
