WALK IN Drive on 16th July 2026 (Thursday) **Job Role** - Technical Manager (Electrical) **Location:** TCS Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Deccan Park, Plot No.1, Hitech City Main Rd, Software Units Layout, HUDA Techno Enclave, HITEC City, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081 **Exp Range:** 13 - 18 Years **Required Technical Skills:** Graduate / Post Graduate, in Science, : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering **Must Have:1. Installation & Maintenance** - Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems including LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and power distribution. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure zero downtime. - Monitor and maintain electrical equipment health, AMC works, and service schedules. **2. Project Execution (IT/Campus/Corporate)** - Support electrical design reviews, load calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications. - Supervise electrical works for new fit-outs, expansions, data centers, and infrastructure upgrades. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. **3. Compliance & Safety** - Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements. - Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments. - Maintain documentation for inspections, permits, and regulatory submissions. **4. Operations & Monitoring** - Track energy consumption, implement energy-saving measures, and recommend optimazation opportunities. - Manage BMS dashboards, UPS monitoring, and emergency power systems. - Handle electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly. **5. Documentation & Vendor Management** - Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation. - Validate contractor bills, measurement sheets, and certification of work completed. - Manage vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems (HT/LT), UPS, DG sets, transformers, and IT infra power distribution. - Understanding of electrical codes, safety norms, and statutory requirements. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of BMS is an advantage. - Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - Ability to work in fast-paced IT/corporate environments. **Good to Have:** - Procurement processes, contract management, liaison with govt authorities. - Be a responsible, dedicated person, willing to work beyond the normal call of duty and contribute to the team. - Clear thought process & good command of written and verbal communication - Vendor Management, basic knowledge on power distribution systems, Building Management and automation System. - To manage HVAC systems, firefighting systems, mechanical utilities, and facility operations across IT/corporate infrastructure. The role involves project execution, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of all mechanical services.
