Job description

**Job Description:** - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity. - Diagnose and resolve network issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. - Configure and support network devices and security solutions. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure minimal downtime. - Monitor network performance and provide technical support to users. - Maintain network documentation and coordinate with vendors when required. **Required Skills:** TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching, VPN, Firewall Management, Network Monitoring Tools, Strong Troubleshooting Skills. **Qualification:** **Any graduation** **Note :** **Freshers are not eligible** **Notice period:** **Immediate joiner** **Desired Candidate Profile:** - **Good communication skills with telecom experience are preferred.** - **Min 8months to 3 years of experience.** - **Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.** - **Only Immediate joiners.** - **Candidate should be strong in communication (should be in good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)** **Interested candidate can come for walk-in interview with 2 copies of resume** **Address :** **Chennai one SEZ IT PARK - GATE 2; IG-3, 3rd Floor, Phase 2, Pallavaram 200 Feet Ring Road, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Chennai -Tamil Nadu 600097.** **Contact - Ram- 9677071612** ***Note: No walk-ins will be conducted on Sunday.***
