**Debt Management Executive II -** **Location: Bangalore** **About the Team** The Tele Debt Management team at Navi supports customers in managing their dues by engaging with them directly and assisting them with suitable repayment solutions. The team ensures a customer-centric approach while adhering to legal and company standards, contributing to the overall health of the portfolio. **About the Role** As a Tele-Debt Management Executive, you will work closely with customers to help them manage their dues through effective communication and by setting up feasible repayment plans. The role involves ensuring timely payments, resolving payment-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and achieving defined performance goals while adhering to legal and company policies. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure successful collections and achieve performance targets. - Communicate the consequences of loan repayment defaults to customers in a clear and professional manner. - Manage delinquent customer accounts. - Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines. - **Must-Haves** - Minimum qualification: 12th-grade education or a bachelor's degree. - Prior experience in collections is mandatory, with a minimum of **6 months.** - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; observant and - presentable. - Basic knowledge of internet browsing and search engine usage. - Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
