**Greetings from TCS!!** **Join Walk-in Drive on 8 Aug 2026** **Interview Location : Pune** **Role: Temporal Senior developer** **Location: Pune** We are seeking a highly skilled Temporal Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant distributed workflows using the Temporal Workflow Orchestration Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise, experience developing microservices, and a deep understanding of distributed systems, workflow automation, and cloud-native applications. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop robust, scalable workflow-based applications using Temporal. - Build and maintain Temporal Workflows, Activities, Workers, and Task Queues. - Integrate Temporal workflows with microservices, APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures. - Develop resilient applications with support for retries, timeouts, compensation logic, and error handling. - Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams to design business processes and workflow solutions. - Monitor workflow executions and troubleshoot production issues. - Implement observability using logging, monitoring, and tracing tools. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and technical documentation. - Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are incorporated into workflow implementations.
