Job description

**Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as FireEye Endpoint Security (formerly HX) Certified Engineer (FEHCE) are advantageous. - Proven experience in supporting and administering FireEye EDR solutions in enterprise environments. - In-depth knowledge of endpoint detection and response technologies, threat intelligence, and security incident response procedures. - Experience with software distribution tools for remote deployment of security agents and updates. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze security data and respond to incidents promptly. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with configuration management tools and their role in ensuring consistent deployment and configuration of security solutions. - Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest developments in cybersecurity and endpoint security technologies.
