**Job Description** **for Freshers** **Domain:** ITES/BPO, KPO **Designation:** Process Executive Voice **Educational Background:** Minimum Graduate - Excellent communication skills (English & Gujarati) both written and verbal) - Ability to communicate with customers, with customer centric mindset - Excellent documentation skills - Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present - Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution - Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response - Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently - Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources - Excellent typing skills - Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary - Organized and detail-oriented - Resolving Technical complex queries - Drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination **Shifts:** Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24\\*7) **Work location:** HYD - permanent work from office.
