**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide high-quality patient care during cardiac surgeries in the operation theatre setting. - Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care of patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. - Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various nursing tasks as needed. - Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
