**Voice process (Customer Support)** **Job description** **Role**: Voice Process **Designation:** Executive & Senior Executive **Languages Known:** English **Work Location:** Chennai One IT Sez, Thoraipakkam Road, 200 Feet Radial Rd, , Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600043 **Qualification**: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered) **Notice period**: Immediate Joiners preferable. \\* Candidates from Chennai location will be preferrable. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication. - Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered. - Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). - Only Immediate joiners. - Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. - Should be comfortable working US Night Shifts 5 days with 2 days Fixed offs. - Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy. - Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. **Rounds of Interviews:** 1.
