Hospital commissioning at Even is a mission-critical activity, and this role offers the opportunity to be at the center of launching a high-impact healthcare facility. **Job Title** **Registered Nurse Ward Nurse** **Job Location : HBR Layout Bengalur** **Work Mode: On-Site** **Job Summary:** We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Ward Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a multispecialty hospital setting. The role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct nursing care to patients as per established protocols. - Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly. - Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed. - Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures. - Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. - Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and emotional support. - Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care. - Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines strictly. - Respond promptly to emergencies and patient needs. - Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other departments for comprehensive care. - Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and attendants when required. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery). - Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council). - 3-8 years of experience in a hospital setting . - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong clinical and patient care skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. - Empathy, patience, and attention to detail. - Good organizational and time-management skills. **Work Environment:** - Multispecialty hospital with exposure to diverse medical cases. - Rotational shifts, including night duties and weekends. **What We’re Looking For:** Apply if you are committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary multispecialty hospital environment.
