Walk-in || Warehouse Executive

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Handle inbound and outbound shipment operations. - Perform sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities. - Ensure accurate shipment processing and timely movement of parcels. - Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and system updates. - Monitor shipment status and resolve operational discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. - Coordinate with Team Leaders and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations. - Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and documentation. - Support manpower allocation and workflow management during shifts. - Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment. - Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets. - Report operational issues and assist in implementing process improvements.
