**TCS Walkin Drive Workday HCM Functional | Bangalore | 20th June 2026** Exciting opportunity for **Workday HCM Functional professionals** to join **Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)**! **Location:** TCS – Brigade Bhuwalka Icon, Whitefield, Bangalore **Date:** 20th June 2026 **Experience:** **3+ Years** **Job Description (JD)** We are looking for professionals with strong experience in **Workday HCM Functional** to support and deliver enterprise HR solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and implement **Workday HCM modules** (Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, etc.) - Work on **Business Process Framework (BPF)** and workflows - Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions - Support **integrations, data migration, and reporting** - Perform testing (**SIT/UAT**) and assist in deployment - Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues **Required Skills:** - Hands-on experience in **Workday HCM Functional** - Knowledge of **Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting modules** - Experience in **Business Process Configuration (BPF)** - Understanding of **integrations and reports** - Strong communication & stakeholder management skills **Good to Have:** - Workday certifications - Experience in **Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)** - Exposure to **Workday reporting tools** **Documents to carry:** - Photocopy of updated resume - Aadhaar Card - PAN Card - Passport size photographs Great opportunity to interact directly with TCS hiring teams and explore exciting roles in the **Workday ecosystem**.
