Role Specific Skills Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle Experience working with ATS (UKG/Ashby) Ability to coordinate with onshore stakeholders and manage multiple tasks Strong communication & candidate handling skills Good data management & reporting skills Technical/Soft Skills Proficient in MS Office Experience with Job portals HR Documentation and process management tools usage Support sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Manage candidate communication and recruitment inbox Maintain ATS data and resume upload Assist with job posting link creation & postings Experience- Minimum 2 Years Salary-upto 5.75 LPA **Only candidates having experience working for US clients will be entertained** **Documents to Carry** **Updated CV (Hard Copy)** **Aadhaar Card (Photocopy)** **PAN Card (Photocopy)** **Passport-Size Photograph (Mandatory for Entry)** **Do not carry laptops or any electronic devices (except mobile phones).**
