Walkin Interview at Bengaluru Location Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients across various industries. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Time & Labor, etc. Provide technical guidance on configuration options, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite. Troubleshoot issues related to data loading errors in HCM Data Loader tool. Job Requirements : 5-15 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM functional projects from end-to-end. Strong understanding of at least two or more Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration). Experience working with HCM Data Loader tool for bulk data migration between systems. Proven track record of delivering successful implementations with minimal defects
