We have a Walk-in interview for **Customer Support Executives (Semi-Voice)**. This role is a blend of written and verbal communication (Should have good communication skills). **This is a hybrid work module, work from home after 3 months** **Walkin date 13 July & 14-July 2026** **Walkin time 1pm to 4pm** **Address:** **Foundever CRM India pvt ltd** **TRIL Infopark Ltd, 1st Floor, Block-C Hardy Tower, Ramanujan IT SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Tharamani, Chennai,** **For address queries Contact – 044-66076600** **Key Responsibilities** - Handle a mix of customer queries through text-based channels (Web Chat/Email) and occasional inbound/outbound voice calls. - Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary services or up-sell premium features during customer interactions to enhance the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth**.** **Compensation & Benefits** We offer a fixed monthly take-home salary based on your experience level: **Experience Level** **Monthly Fixed Take-Home Salary** **Freshers** **18,000** **Experienced (1+ Years)** **22,000** **Work Model & Location** - **Initial 3 Months:** Mandatory Work from Office (WFO) for training and performance stabilization. - **Post 3 Months:** Eligible to transition to a **Work from Home (WFH)** model, subject to meeting performance and attendance criteria. - **Shifts:** Rotational shifts (including night shifts). 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off. **Candidate Profile & Qualifications** - **Education:** HSC & above - **Experience:** Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates - **Skills Required:** - Excellent written communication skills (grammar, sentence structure, and typing speed). - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. - **WFH Readiness (Post-3 Months):** Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection (broadband) and a quiet workspace at home.
