We have a Walk-in interview for Customer Support Executives (Semi-Voice). This role is a blend of written and verbal communication (Should have good communication skills). Compensation & Benefits We offer a fixed monthly take-home salary based on your experience level: Experience Level Monthly Fixed Take-Home Salary Freshers 18,000 Experienced (1+ Years) 22,000 Work Model & Location • Initial 3 Months: Mandatory Work from Office (WFO) for training and performance stabilization. • Post 3 Months: Eligible to transition to a Work from Home (WFH) model, subject to meeting performance and attendance criteria. • Shifts: Rotational shifts (including night shifts). 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off. Candidate Profile & Qualifications • Education: HSC & above • Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates • Skills Required: • Excellent written communication skills (grammar, sentence structure, and typing speed). • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. • WFH Readiness (Post-3 Months): Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection (broadband) and a quiet workspace at home.
