Job description

Role & responsibilities • 2 - 4 years of experience in People management (TL/TM) • Create customer freight invoices in Truck Mate following shipment closeout trigger is confirmed proof of delivery (POD) or exception resolution • Apply customer-specific billing instructions custom subject lines, reference number formats, invoice grouping rules, and frequency requirements • Process invoices in AS400 concurrently with TruckMate until decommission on 30 December 2026 dual-system proficiency required • Process Cargowise invoices for Forwarding service line separate system and billing workflow from LTL • Process Centerline invoices for legacy service lines still not migrated to TruckMate post-Agility • Manage HAR (Hold and Release) billing workflows process invoices held for customer approval or correction before delivery • Validate invoices for accuracy before delivery cross-reference rated shipment data against customer billing requirements • Manage EDI 204 (load tender) and 210 (freight invoice) processing receive, process, and transmit EDI transactions with trading partners • Monitor EDI exception queues identify and resolve transmission errors, format mismatches, and trading partner configuration issues • Process imaging requests via Synergize / HubTrans retrieve BOL, POD, and delivery confirmation images to support invoice delivery or dispute resolution Preferred candidate profile • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. • TruckMate TMS experience strongly preferred; AS400, Salesforce experience an advantage • Prior experience in a logistics, transportation, or fleet management environment • Experience with HAR workflows and billing LOA processing • OK With Night Shifts - WFO • Good Communication Skills • Immediate Joiners (0-15Days)
