Ph - 044-66076600 Contact - HR(Divya) Job responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer queries through a mix of voice calls, chat, and email (Semi-Voice). • Assist customers who have expressed interest in our products/services, guide them through the buying process, and maximize upselling/cross-selling opportunities. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Accurately update customer records and log interaction details in the CRM database.
