Job description

**Role: Share Point** **Experience: 9 to 10 years** **Location: Hyderabad only (F2F Only)** JD: - Must have at least 3 to 5 years application operations experience in M365 apps like SPO, Teams, outlook, OneDrive etc. at L2 and L3 level. - Drive meeting with end users to understand issues, troubleshoot issues and fix the issues. - Experience/knowledge in managing group-based licenses, validation of new changes from MS and configurations at tenant level. - Hands-on experience in writing PowerShell scripting - Experience in troubleshooting issues related to SharePoint online , Teams OneDrive , office suite etc. - Experience in Incident management, Problem management and change management processes. - Hand-on experience in working knowledge articles - Good-to-Have: Experience / knowledge in MS Azure
