Feel free to ask any questions you may have about our hiring process, the position, or our company. **Face to Face Interview with TCS for Window Admin Position || Pune Location.|| Saturday Drive (01-Aug-26)**. **Please find the below JD:** - System Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. - Infrastructure Management: Managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and virtualized infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V). - Scripting/Automation: Strong PowerShell scripting skills to automate system tasks. - Cloud & Hybrid Setup: Experience with Office 365, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory/cloud services. - Security & Troubleshooting: Implementing server security best practices, handling patching, anti-virus updates, and troubleshooting system issues. - System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022) and workstations. - Infrastructure Services: Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and IIS. - Security & Compliance: Perform patch management, vulnerability management, and apply security policies to servers. - Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime and high availability. - Automation: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks. - Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 support for server incidents and troubleshoot complex network/hardware issues. - Backup & Recovery: Manage system backups (e.g., Veeam) and disaster recovery procedures.
