Job Description WalkMe Developer **Position:** WalkMe Developer **Experience:** 2 to 8 Years **Location:** Greater Noida, Pune, Hyderabad **Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners Only **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **WalkMe Developer** with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe platform. The ideal candidate should have experience creating interactive guidance, automation, and user engagement solutions to improve application adoption and user experience across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain WalkMe solutions across enterprise applications. - Create and manage WalkMe content including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Surveys, and Resources. - Develop user guidance and automation workflows to enhance digital adoption. - Gather business requirements and translate them into WalkMe solutions. - Analyze user behavior and adoption metrics using WalkMe Insights. - Troubleshoot and resolve WalkMe implementation issues. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and application teams. - Support WalkMe deployment, upgrades, and change management activities. - Ensure best practices, governance standards, and quality controls are followed. Knowledge on below: - Hands-on experience with **WalkMe Development and Administration**. - Experience in creating: - Smart Walk-Thrus - Launchers - SmartTips - ShoutOuts - Surveys - Onboarding Tasks - Resources - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools. - Experience working with web-based enterprise applications. - Understanding of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP). - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills - WalkMe Certification (Associate/Builder/Developer) preferred. - Experience with CRM, ERP, HCM, ITSM, or other enterprise platforms. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Knowledge of analytics and user adoption reporting
