**Job Description** **Job Title:** Warehouse Executive **Department:** Warehouse **Location:** Ahmedabad **Industry :** Pharmaceuticals **Job Summary** The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing warehouse operations in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and company SOPs. The role involves receipt, storage, inventory control, material issuance, dispatch, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical products and raw materials. **Key Responsibilities** **Inventory Management** - Receive, verify, and store raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables. - Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP systems. - Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock audits. - Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory. **Warehouse Operations** - Ensure proper storage conditions as per product requirements. - Follow FEFO/FIFO principles for material handling. - Coordinate material issuance to production as per approved requisitions. - Manage dispatch activities and ensure timely deliveries. **Documentation & Compliance** - Maintain warehouse records, logs, and reports as per GMP requirements. - Ensure compliance with SOPs, GDP, and regulatory guidelines. - Handle material receipt notes (MRN), goods receipt notes (GRN), and dispatch documentation. - Participate in internal and external audits. **Safety & Quality** - Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas. - Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures. - Monitor temperature and humidity records where applicable. - Report deviations, non-conformances, and incidents promptly. **Coordination** - Coordinate with Procurement, Production, QA, QC, and Logistics departments. - Support warehouse improvement initiatives and process optimization. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, or related field. - 25 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company. - Knowledge of GMP, GDP, FEFO/FIFO, inventory control, and warehouse documentation. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems. **Required Skills** - Inventory Management - Warehouse Documentation - ERP/SAP Operations - GMP & GDP Compliance - Material Handling - Stock Reconciliation - Communication & Coordination - Problem-Solving Skills - Attention to Detail **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Inventory Accuracy (%) - Stock Availability - On-time Material Issuance - Audit Compliance Score - Warehouse Safety Compliance - Dispatch Accuracy & Timeliness
